If you answer yes to any of the following questions, please book an online session so we can address your possible exposure and provide appropriate testing:

In the past 14 days have you:

• Developed any symptoms of acute illness such as cough, fever, or shortness of breath?

• Been in close contact with a person who tested positive for COVID-19?

• Been in direct contact with infectious secretions (ie. Were coughed or sneezed on) by a person who tested positive for COVID-19 or is suspected to have Covid-19?

Clinic session safety procedures:

• To ensure a social distancing in the office,

  • If you arrive early, please wait in your car for the time of your appointment.

  • If someone drove you and is helping you enter the office, after you’re safely delivered your friend or family member will need to leave until you’re ready for pick up. My apologies for the inconvenience.

• To ensure the containment of the virus,

  • Please wash your hands on entering (or use disinfectant wipes). The bathrooms have been cleaned before your arrival.

  • Try not to touch anything you don’t need to.

  • Wear a mask.

  • Your session will end on time. Please leave promptly to allow the office to be cleaned before the next patient.

  • Wash your hands or use disinfectant on leaving.

  • If you develop symptoms at any time, please inform the office.

• For your visit, I will:

  • Disinfect the bathroom and office between patients.

  • Replace all fabrics.

  • Wear masks and gloves for your visit.

  • Inform you if anyone you may have been in contact with comes down with symptoms that are potentially Covid-19.
