Laura Furey certified Health and Lifestyle Coach.

Laura Furey is an Integrative Health Coach who loves to empower people on their path to wellness.  After being completely derailed for years by chronic illness, she found her own path to wellness and loves to share it with others.  Taking everything she learned from her experience and combining it with training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, as well as trainings in neuroplasticity, she looks at the whole picture for each person and creates a unique tailored plan to augment their health.  She enjoys working hand in hand with practitioners of AHA particularly in helping with complex chronic illnesses such as Lyme, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, digestive issues, Interstitial Cystitis, anxiety and stress. While nutrition is a large component of her work, she very much enjoys assisting people with specific needs such as weight loss, weight gain or overcoming restrictive eating.  Her website can be found at www.ahahcoaching.com

All sessions are tailored to the individual and include follow up notes as well as check-ins on off weeks.
